I have an old AMC, 30+ year old, 4' x 8' exercise mat that is till in perfectly usable condition. However I am not. So I purchased the SPRI Cornella 200 exercise mat because it looked easier to set up and take down. And it is! Granted, it is not as big as my old mat but it big enough for basic stretches, sit ups, push ups and the like. It provides good cushioning against wood floors. I haven't tried on any surface harder than wood. I am not a fan of crayons and the like, but the color, rust, sits well in just about any room. It's noticeable in that it makes the mat easy to spot among other equipment but doesn't annoy the eye, i.e. highly functional but aesthetically pleasing. Good for guys and gals 6' 2" and under, it will definitely cushion the torso and legs without taking up a lot of space when not in use.

Best exercise mat I have ever used. I would highly recommend this product.

This is my second Airex mat, have a shorter one that I've had for 20 years. I needed a second one and this one has turned out to be as excellent as the first. It's dense so not squishy soft and can be folded in half to fit beside a bedroom chair when not in use. It stays fresh, cleans easily, and provides a firmly padded workout surface. It's an ideal mat.

This is my second mat purchase. I purchased another one because I needed one for an extension of my large Airex mat so if I walk backward when I am doing walk workout I don't trip on edge of mat; creating a t-shaped workout area. Very durable and will last a lifetime, in normal conditions. These mats do not tear, bunch up, and are easy to clean. I have had so many mats in the past that I had to get rid of because of wear. Airex mats are well worth the price you pay. After you purchase an Airex mat, you'll be happy you did.

Soft and cushiony really helps with my wrists and knees so we’re not in the floor. Easy to roll up but you definitely need a big strap to carry it

Great thick long mat. Not like other thin mat

My barre studio uses AirEx mats so I bought one for our home gym which is in our basement and has a hard, cold floor. I accidentally purchased the Corona 200 not realizing it was both longer, wider and thicker than what’s at the studio but no complaints at all. It’s definitely heavier and stays in place even when I’m doing HIIT exercises on it and it’s thick so I don’t feel the cold floor.

I love this mat but so do my cats. They treat it like cat nip and have put some tears in it. It’s very soft, glad I discovered it. But I have to protect it from the cats.
