We love these plushies at our home
At our home I like to go chemical free as much as I can. So for pajamas, bed sheets, underwear, etc. things which come into contact with our skin for an extended period of time I buy organic. It's pricey so we aim for quality over quantity. If we buy a set of sheets for instance, I expect them to last through washes for at least a couple of years.My 9 year old likes to sleep with stuffed animals. His grandparent bought him a plethora of them which are the run of the mill plushies made from synthetic materials. His favorite animal is the penguin. So I initially purchased the black penguin from this company for him. After that arrived and help up for almost a year, I realized it was a quality product.Recently my 2 year old toddler started taking an interest in stuffed animals. She plays with her brothers', makes them talk to each other and interacts with them. Wanting to get her one of her own, I remembered how well the penguin from this company fared so I purchased the cat from this company. This eagle was marked down significantly at that time, down to $4 if I recall correctly, so I decided to purchase this one for my 6 month baby boy as well.These plushies were a hit. My daughter instantly took to her cat and sleeps with it every night. She carries it around with her and brings it out when we go shopping. She hasn't learned to talk yet, but one of the most frequent words in her limited vocabulary is meow.My 6 month old baby started playing with this eagle starting a 4 months, which is when we got it. He is a pretty attached baby (which we don't mind, as I can understand a baby wanting companionship). When cooking has to be done, I am able to place him in his rocker and hand him this eagle and he will coo and play with it for a lengthy amount of time. Half an hour usually, which is a really long time for something to hold a baby's attention in my opinion.These plush toys are not filled like the ones you would find at Walmart and such. They are more of a light stuffing and their limbs dangle more than protrude, if that makes sense.I am a minimalist so as much as we love these plush toys, I am not planning on buying another at this time, since each of my children have one of their own. If we get blessed with a fourth little one, this will definitely be the first stuffed animal that baby will receive.

Cute but tiny,too tiny
I ordered it last minute for part of a raffle basket.It is not 12 inches tall.Very disappointed
