These bags are beautifully constructed but there is one serious design flaw. The handles are attached to the body of the bag by merely two lines of sttiching. That isn't nearly enough for a durable product.Here's a bit of a story. In the late 1980's I purchased some canvas bags designed by the manager of a local Greenpeace store who had them locally made. They were good quality canvas with excellent details such as banded seams but the great selling point is that the straps were sewn completely around the body of the bag so the entire weight was supported by straps rather than stitching. After twelve years of hard use the handle portion of the 2" web strapping had frayed nearly to the point of breaking. I took the design and had a friend make two new ones. Those lasted about 15 years although I had to reinforce the handles and do some occasional repairs.The point of the story is I'm glad to pay a good price but expect exceptional durability. The handles on these bags would not last because they are attached flimsily, not at first use of course but over a relatively short time they would fail. Of course knowing that I'm adding a new layer of webbing that is sewn around the existing handle and half way down the side of the canvas bag. I'm pretty sure I'll get at least ten years out of my modification.Don't get me wrong, these are beautifully made and worth the money. With a change to the design of the strap they would be five stars although the cost would increase.

Quick delivery the size is not roomy enough for real heavy groceries. Yes it is sturdy and yeah lemme give you guys its dimension. It is L x W xHin inches 11 1/2 x 8 x 14 there is a few cms more or off but what the hell. Hope this helps you guys out there. PS the sturdiness is superb.

This is much better than what I expected it to be ! I thought it's just a regular reusable canvas bag, but it used DOUBLE layers of really THICK canvas and I was really impressed by the quality. The inside layer is a little lighter in color, and is smoother and softer than the outside layer, which is paper-bag brown and a lot more rough. I don't think I can EVER tear this bag, because it is very very durable. The stitches are perfect. I can put 1 gallon of milk, 2 bottles of the 1.75L Simply Orange juice in it with a bunch of other stuff. I usually put it in my truck so I can always have it handy when go grocery shopping. Occasionally I use it as my big lunch box: I put my regular lunch box, my juice bottle, and my coat inside when I walk from the garage to my office. It's also easy to wash clean, which is better than what I thought it was. Really love it!!! Highly recommand!

bags are small. If you fill bag, have to carry with two hands as handles will not reach. If they were just bigger in size and handle were longer.

General look feel and size.

I was looking for quality shopping bags to take with me to the grocery store -- and I found them.These bags are the exact same size as grocery paper bags.These bags are super sturdy, especially when compared to other bags on the market or those you can buy at your local supermarket.These bags are double-lined and have double-stitching throughout.These bags ARE expensive ($24 a piece), but they should last years.

Really cool and substantial product. Not too big or small, and it really does resemble a paper bag visually.

This is my second purchase of this bag. They are a little more than I wanted to spend, but after I got my first one, I was sold ! They are so durable.I think they will last me for the rest of my life...that strong and durable. I am so pleased and would certainly recommend them without hesitation.
