Not bad not as good as I expected.

These belt loops are great for added safety for my elderly father recovering from a hip break. I use them on his regular pants belt instead of a gait belt, and they work great! It's always there for myself or anyone else assisting my dad with his walker, and we don't have to put a gait belt on and off. I highly recommend these belt loops for easy added safety.
