Safe Catch Pink Salmon
This is wonderful salmon; however, it contains citric acid, and I was informed by someone who used to make citric acid that it is made from genetically engineered/modified bugs.

Taste and texture are disgusting
The plain salmon is great, but this flavored package is completely disgusting. There is some kind of spice (probably the turmeric) which gives it a very overwhelming bitter flavor. You don't taste dill or citrus at all. And the salmon is a kind of choppy mush, which is gross. I bought a 6-pack on these, which is too bad, since after the first one, I'll never eat them again.

Good Purchase, Great Flavor, very Healthy!
A friend of mine recommended this brand to me, so I bought a few packages and it has been an excellent, healthy alternative to canned tuna. I love the flavor, great for sandwiches, salads, or any other culinary dish you can put tuna into, and the texture was good for me too.I love the mercury testing, and all the health benefits this tuna specifically offers, it helps to offset the cost, which was already reasonable anyway. The tuna keeps well in the packaging so you're not ina rush to consume all at once, and this product comes in different flavors to help keep mixing it up!This one, unlike my other reviews of this product, gets one less star. The citrus dill adds a decent flavor, but changes the texture so it's a little more crunchy and flaky than the rest of them, didn't like it as much for sure.

Umami spicy tasty salmon
Firstly, based on someone's review saying to watch out for liquid to spill, I decided to try and prevent it by squishing the fish in package before opening, massaging it up and down, as I know when you mush salmon or tuna inside a can it absorbs the surrounding liquid or oil.So I did that and carefully opened it and there was zero liquid left if there was any, don't know, but the salmon was mushed and juicy. And it was easy to scoop it out with my plastic travel spoon. It tasted a bit too spicy at first bite, too much pepper, but then it became very tasty when chewing it. My body liked it as it felt more energetic after eating good salmon. Really yammy keto snack or a light meal.

Perfect for a traveling Whole30 or a quick lunch
I bought these to help me stay on track with my Whole30 while taking a recent trip to some Orlando theme parks with my family. These fit the bill in every way! They conveniently slid into my fanny pack for easy carrying, and they provided ample nutrition for a meal or snack break during the day. They taste great, and I think are a good value for the money. I’ll be continuing to use these, now that I’m back home, on busy work days when I don’t have time for a lengthy meal between teaching classes. These packets are a real winner! One quick tip - when you open them, drain the (small amount of) liquid first before attempting to eat the contents. I ended up with jeans that smelled like salmon for half the day the first time I tried one, because I accidentally spilled!

Nice salmon
Nice salmon and handy packaging for a quick salmon salad when no time to cook. I don't like tinned food so this serves me well...

Delicious but a little spicy salmon pouch.
I really enjoyed getting a safe brand of wild salmon in a pouch. However I found the taste to be rather spicy for me to eat alone. So I added mayo to it and made a salmon salad to help cut how sharp the bite is. Very delicious but probably will try a different flavor in future. I'm a whimp :(

STRONG FISH SMELL!
I opened this pouch and threw in the trash. Unfortunately, I bought a whole box, so I will have to donate it to a Food Bank. The salmon just smelled too strong for me to palate. Others might be used to the fish market smell and find it okay. Fresh Catch, the company is legit though. I love their tuna varieties. I have replaced Starkist Creations with Fresh Catch Wild Caught in all my tuna recipes.
