Best design, price (in volume) yet. Narrow + tall = fit dozens in seed starting area + roots grow long. Buying in bulk, cheap per plant. You get plenty (for 480 plants) to experiment, and for next season, AND I gave several away. At this price, and for just seed starting, the material is very thin. But, your seedlings move on; and I use sustainable Canadian peat moss, Canna coco coir, vermiculite which are very lightweight, so flats need not be strong.

They are pretty sturdy and unlike those at a commercial greenhouse, aren't all attached together. This way a pack doesn't rip apart, leaving a mess!

Product is as described. I wanted something a little bigger and a little sturdier, but dimensions are as advertised. Very thin plastic that won’t last more than a season, but hey… cheap! Great for giving away small seedlings, and easier that trying to use old cracked ones from previous purchases

Good value and does a good job.

These are nice liners, not very different from most of similar size except that they come as double 4-packs instead of 1020-sized 48-cell liners. This makes it super-easy to efficiently fill the cells without filling the 1020 flat with potting mix, and it's easy to pick up the pair of 4-packs with 3 fingers & a thumb, either to transfer to an empty flat or to sell 8-packs of plants. Of course, you need only break a single perforated line between the 4s to sell a 4-pack (or keep whole to sell 8 plants). Definitely a good design, and the price is good, too. Will likely purchase again next year.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased these sells and another size from same seller and brand and they have done nicely for my seed starting. Fit in my trays perfectly. I plan to sell my seedings in these trays because the price is right for parting with them and replacing next year.

I bought these to sell some of my seed starts that I grew indoors. Was looking for something cheap and disposable. They were sturdy enough for this purpose and I got a lot for my money.

Was a bit disappointed when these arrived - I was hoping for each 4-cell to be the size of a traditional 1020 flat 6-cell based on someone's description. These fit 8 cells to the size of a standard 6-cell; each cell holds a minuscule amount of soil. In some applications I could see this being beneficial, but for starting my veggie garden these didn't quite cut it; a keen eye is required to ensure over or under watering is not occurring due to the small volume involved. That said, these did well with my Ruby Celosias and Wizard Coleus - but I'd be looking elsewhere as these greatly limit root growth due to size. TLDR - good for seedling starts or plants that are smaller and like a tight root ball - didn't work well for my veggies.
