Dr. Bergs Adrenal and Cortisol Natural and Anxiety for a Better Mood, Focus and Relaxation, Vegetarian Ingredients, 90 Capsules

Extremely overpriced. Same amount of ingredients u can for 40 rs that r there in the entire bottle. I love dr berg but this is just legal theft. I suggest u go buy ashwagandha powder from your local ayurveda supply store and have half teaspoon twice a day. Worked wonders for me and cost 100rs for 100 grams. This though was useless and I can literally buy 7kg of ashwagandha for this amount which will last me 3 years at heavy doses even

The product didn’t really do what it was supposed to do. Instead it had negative effect. I had experienced nightmares every night while I was taking the capsules. It took me 2-3 days to get out of its effect. I tried the capsule again to see if it is really the problem with capsule and again experienced the same thing.And the seller doesn’t process the refund, even though Dr Berg has policy for international refunds.

When I bought these capsules for the first time, I did it with some misgivings. I had seen some videos of Dr. Berg that really were very compelling. But when a doctor starts selling his own products I sometimes distrusts them.A few days after I started taking them, I felt the difference. I felt calm and happy.In the case of my husband, a week later he started taking the tablets his colleagues at work told me: "what have you done to your husband who is so relaxed and in such a good mood". He is the head of a team that works under great stress. (I had not commented with anyone that I was giving him these tablets).I bought a bottle for my sister who is under great pressure, leading a startup company. It also worked for her. She had more energy and concentration.I bought another bottle for my daughter who also works with a lot of stress because she has deadlines to fulfill. She told me that he endured all the stress of finishing the job on time without any anxiety. She also told me that his concentration increased.Agree Dr. Berg formula work. But they are a little expensive. So I looked for the ingredients and bought another Adrenal Support formula from a very well-know company in natural products and we started to take the new formula.The reason I'm writing this long review is because I just received a call from my daughter: "Why have you sent me another formula that gives me anxiety and hunger?"The new formula of the prestigious firm had not worked for her. Not for my husband, or for me.My husband's bad moods returned, and I did not feel so energetic.The other formula had almost all the ingredients (in higher doses), but not all.So my conclusion is that Dr. Berg has invented a formula in which the components make symbiosis and multiply its effectiveness.It's not worth saving a few dollars on something that does not work.Congratulations and thanks Dr. Berg!

While I can’t say the results that you will have from this product, I can say that it has changed my life and possibly my hope of being around for my newborn son’s future. I have had boarder line hypertension since I was a kid... in fact from the very first times I remember taking my blood pressure it has been in the mid to upper 120’s and always above 80. About 10-12 years ago I was in a head-on collision. I was blessed to be alive and while I had only minor injuries my blood pressure went up and never came back down. The doctors had me trying all kinds of medications and some worked for a little while and then it just wasn’t effective any more. So I tried for several years to find something, dieting, exercise, no salt, no sugar, keto, paleo... I had excepted the fact that normal for my blood pressure was just going to be 145/90 with a pulse in 90’s... some people would love that number and I would just live with it. The Malachi was born and as 42 year old father and wanted to be here as long as I could... I started looking again for an answer. I was searching the web and trying everything natural that I could find a suggestion for.. quickly preparing my self for disappointment. Since I was already talking Dr Bergs Electrolyte supplement, I started watching his videos on blood pressure and decided that my symptoms match that of a person with adrenal issues.... so maybe adrenal support was the answer. It was and now the only issue I have is that I will likely out live my Life Insurance.

This supplement helped with my sleep and it decrease my stress.

My chiropractor is working with me to balance my hormones and heal my adrenals from being fatigued. I started on 2 in the am and 2 in pm. I now take one in the am and I’m good ( taking pituitary also.) I can handle stress without feeling the world is falling apart. I’m a RN and used to run codes with no issues. When I started taking this I’d be a sobbing mess because my 13 y/o gave me attitude, being like that used to stress me out more. Now after taking this I can handle stress ( death, break up, family illness) better. This is a need and if I ever got into a rut and I had to chose between this and food... I’m choosing this. It’s a good product and I prefer to support Eric who has the health of his clients at heart rather than those making a buck by selling a crappy product. His products are on the higher end of cost because they are good products.

I've been struggling with hypothyroidism and slow weight gain for years. I'm 42. I have slowing been feeling more and more stressed out over the past year or two. I was 142 now I'm 134. I am finally feeling like exercise won't give me debilitating fatigue like it had been so I expect to lose a few more pounds. Bottom line: if you are always feeling stress, gaining weight, not sleeping well. Try this for a month. You have nothing to lose. The ingredients are harmless. I also recommend his other products for sleep and digestive enzymes and trace minerals. His you tube channel is full of free videos to answer all your questions. I've adopted a paleo diet cutting out all carb from grains and fruit so that will also help. I feel like my 30 year old self again!
