These made life so much easier and faster for me. I read the reviews and they were mixed but wanted to give them a try myself. I'm glad I did. The only thing is the border line around the letters are not clear with thinner fondant.

I have the uppercase letters to this set. I love those. The numbers are smaller than expected though but I have no doubt they'll work as great as the letters. Be gentle when pushing them out or you may move the spring out of place. Your fondant needs to be firm and think enough. If it's too soft, similar to any other plunger, they'll stick and be hard to release. I dust the plungers with corn starch or confectioners sugar for easy release.

And these are amazing I love that they have the plungers so you don’t have to try to mess up the letter getting it out and they’re a little bit smaller than the Wilton side so they work better on some size cakes which is exactly what I was looking for. They also come with the lower case letters which makes it nice when you want it to look more casual. I’ve use them on about 20 cakes and they come out perfect every time so far and they do come in part if you need it to clean them that way but I find a clean without taking them apart just as easy.

This was exactly what I needed to cut manchego cheese into letters. It works great ! Just use with care they can easily break. They’re easy to clean, might need a toothpick to get into little corners just like all cookie cutter type things.

Just received these, used them to make Happy Birthday...they are AWESOME!!! Fastest, cleanest, best looking letters I've ever done. I've been doing cakes for 10 years and these are a Godsend! Some of the edges on the upper case letters are rough but I sanded them smooth. The price was great, too, you get everything you need for less than $25. I used older fondant so it was stiffer than fresh.

The capital letters are fine. The lower case letters are a mess. The "a" is actually a "g" turned upside down and is as large as the capital letters. The "t' is as small as the n. There is no consistency in size of the lower letters. I really wish I would have gotten just the capital letters. My fondant sticks in them and is difficult to get out of the tiny cracks like in the " g". I would not recommend the lower case set to anyone. Disappointed.
