Something went wrong
The valve that came with the unit was not NPT threads. My guess is there are BPSS(Europe). I ordered another. Let’s hope this one comes in correct. They did let me return it no charge and free shipping.The unit looks awesome! I’m hoping I can get it to work. Stay tuned.

Be aware logo in full sight
I am so disappointed that the logo is on the middle of the handle, now it's being installed and there is no way we are ripping it out .

This product is actually " Black" in color, if ...
This product is actually " Black" in color , if look at product details is states the color is Oil Rubbed Bronze and we I received it and for my surprise it was black, I contact the vendor customer service and they told me "Finish: Oil-rubbed Bronze does not mean its color is Bronze. The pictures show that this item is black. If this is not deceiving the customers, I do not know what it is. I kept it because I'll try to make it work in my basement but it was big let down for me?
