River Hills Harvest, Elderberry Juice, 11 Ounce

This item definitely does work but I would say I get 5 servings out of this,I take a shot every morning and thats only 5 days,a tablespoon doesn't do anything for adults probably for kids. I only buy this when I feel I'm getting sick because it's too expensive to keep buying but it does work but I would divide the servings in half or by 3

I liked this elderberry juice so much that I purchased three plant cuttings from this company to grow my own. It's not sweet and they don't add sugar. Go to YouTube and search their name. They have a video showing them growing, juicing and a lot of good information about elderberries. You'll learn how many berries it takes to make 11 ounces and understand why it's so expensive. My first bottle arrived the first day of a cold. I took a table spoon every eight hours, the cold was very mild and over in three days. Colds are usually with me for ten days then turn into a cough but not this time. I ordered a second bottle so I can start when I feel something starting and avoid any sick time.

I was not put off by the taste and was more excited about what the nutritional value was for taking it. Buy this product, if your purchase anything else to help with your immune system protection, this is it!

Can’t say I love the flavor, but I’ve been taking elderberry for awhile. It isn’t bad mixed with sugar or honey and soda water. As for keeping me healthy, so far I haven’t caught the flu that my grandkids have, and one of them was sharing my food. Shipping was pretty quick, packed well. I bought River Hills based on recommendation of Youtubers Doug and Stacy.Edit: since River Hills was out of stock for quite awhile, I bought another brand to fill in. It was cheaper, but much more watery. It seems diluted. I will definitely order more River Hills Harvest when I need more.

The price is steep, but the quality meets it. You pay for what you get. By spending a one time fee of $38.00 and some change on this bottle, you save yourself sick days, time lost with family and more money spent on the lesser quality alternatives. Its all in how you look at the investment, and your health is worth the investment.

I’ve been taking this for 3 years now, I have not been sick not even once!!

Purchased and decided I would take some. Added a little honey since it is bland. I should have eaten a meal before I took it. Within 1 hour my blood sugar dropped.I have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and I will definently make sure I have eaten before taking again.My husband has hyperglycemia (high blood sugar) and he's fine taking it. Maybe he can get off his meds eventually by taking this everyday. Happy with it.

This is great quality product. I’m in the process of growing my own elder berry plants. This going to take time. I’ve found River Hill best meets my expectations. I’m using this product for my health.
