This book is great! I purchased this book for my mother, after reading it myself in English I thought it would be great for my mother to read so I purchased the Spanish version. I think it is a great book because not only does it give you great insights from two of the most joyous people on this planet, but it also makes your mind think in a way I had never thought of things before. We are so caught up in our every day lives and the rush of getting everything done and complain about the small things that we never take a step back and reflect on things such as joy and that's what I love about this book. It helps you look at life and situations in life in a different perspective and how to instead of looking for things in a negative way to then turn it into a positive because after all we are all in this planet together and we only get one life that is so precious and that is what Desmond Tutu and the Dalai Lama try to help us see the good in people and in life! I had never previously read books that either of these gentlemen have written but after reading this book I have ventured off to reading some of their previous work. Great great ready!

Este libro es extraordinario y cómo no serlo si es del Dalai Lama y de Desmond Tutu. Dos seres de luz llenos de amor, compasión, generosidad, perdón y sentido de humor. Todos deberíamos de leerlo y aplicarlo a nuestras, encontraríamos la felicidad y el mundo sería un lugar maravilloso.

Este libro te hace pensar en la alegría verdadera y que podemos hacer para sentirla. El recuento de la reunión del Dalai Lama con el Arzobispo Desmond Tutu imparte mucha sabiduría y en realidad me hizo reflexionar en la alegría real y como poder acercarse más a ella. Es un libro excelente y tuve la oportunidad de compartirlo con mi madre, leyéndolo a voz alta para ambas disfrutarlo a la vez. En sí, el leer este libro y aprender sobre los métodos de estos dos hombres espirituales trajo alegría a mi propia vida, especialmente al poder compartirlo a la vez con un ser querido. Lo recomiendo.

Excelente libro, me permitió conocer más de cerca a este par de líderes en el amor, la compasión y el perdón y aprender como ser feliz y cada vez más feliz en medio de tantas tristes y difíciles eventos mundiales. Disfrute mucho la redacción, las anécdotas, las fotografías. 100% recomendado para cualquier lector.Le coloqué 5 estrellas porque además de la historia, ofrece herramientas para practicar y lograr la felicidad y el disfrute de la vida.

A mi me lo habían regalado y me gustó mucho, así que lo he regalado, no tiene más pretensión que divulgar las conversaciones de dos personas sabias, por experiencia, pero sobre todo por reflexión, de religiones distintas, que son conscientes de que su mensaje religioso no va a llegar a todo el mundo, pero que aun así quieren divulgar lo positivo que las religiones tienen para el mundo, la convivencia y la felicidad.Fácil de leer, así que recomendable.

De mis libros favoritos,. Que grandes son estas dos personalidades que juntas hacen toda una bomba de contenido de muchísimo valor. Sus charlas, sus aportaciones y sus bromas hacen amena la lectura con buenos fundamentos y reflexiones.

Yo tengo este libro en inglés porque es mi lengua madre pero compré esta versión en español para una amiga mía porque me encantó y creo que todo el mundo debería leerlo. La traducción no se como estará pero a mi amiga le encantó también.
