There are pictures on every other page and its hard to find the name of the bird. Bummed I found out its a childrens book, not much information Bout MN birds cept the big ones.

Easy reading and great photos to interest our grandson who is 5 yrs. old. Our grandson comes and grabs this book when he sees one of the birds appear in our backyard.

Great pictures, glad to see Ruffed Grouse included, and a good present to give to my young grandson.

I like that this book includes common birds that everyone might see without having to go very farther than their backyard.

Im sorry dont know whos back yard has loons and eagles. wanted to indentify the birds that come to my feeder.

Got this for my friends autistic son. He likes birds.

Geared more toward kids. I was looking for a reference guide. Nice photos though.
