Must have for water enthusiasts!
I've used this countless times now, both at theme parks and water parks. I did a great deal of testing before I entrusted it to keep my iPhone safe. After numerous tests with toilet paper and paper towel coming out without a drop of water on them, I figured it would be fine. I submerged the pack under 2 feet of water for about a minute and all the contents were still perfectly dry. Once I had confidence in it's abilities, I tried it with my iPhone and it was just fine. This case has now been to Disneyland and Disney World with me several times and to countless water parks and pools.I have no worries jumping in with the kids and enjoying myself. It may not be the most fashionable accessory, but once it's on, I totally forget about it. I just spent another 5 hours at the water park with my son and we were in the water almost the entire time. The dry pak kept my car key, credit card, driver's license and iPhone completely dry the entire time. I am not the type to bring a bunch of stuff into the water park and leave it sitting at a table. We kept a change of clothes and our shoes in the locker, and I kept the rest on me so we could buy snacks and drinks without having to go back to the locker. The touch screen is fully functional through the case. My son was even using it to text Grandma and had an interesting FaceTime with her while we were in the wave pool. He took some fun underwater pictures, too. You can't use the back camera with this case, but the front camera works great. My favorite feature is the way it floats on top of the water if it were to ever come off my neck somehow, despite how unlikely that is. It's nice to know it's always in reach. The neck strap is very sturdy and is secured in a way that can't come loose without taking it off your neck or cutting it. It also has a cinch on the back so you can adjust if you want to keep it closer to you which I chose to do.I really have no complaints for the cost. I've looked into so-called "lifeproof" cases that cost 8x more than this, and they don't seem to be as reliable nor do they have any way to secure it to myself like this one does. My only tip is that you dry off the top of the case very well before opening it. If there's any water on the lip of the case, it may seep in when you open it to get your phone out. Kind of a no brainer, but thought it worth mentioning. I put a locker key in mine with my iPhone and other belongings mentioned, and whenever we visited the locker, I made sure to dry the top off completely before opening or a few drops would get in. Not enough to harm the phone, but it's easy enough to avoid it so why not. Highly recommended for water enthusiasts!

Dry even underwater and through waterfalls
I bought two of these cases for a trip the wife and I took to Maui and Kauai, so we could take pictures while kayaking, swimming, or snorkeling. I have an iPhone 4s and she had an iPhone 5. We bought the larger case, with the clear window in the back for pictures, and both phones fit nicely. I have a relatively large Trident phone case, and I was able to fit the phone in this waterproof case without removing the Trident case first. The cases went underwater many times, even through a waterfall, and through it all the pictures were great and the phones didn't even get damp. It's nice that the case floats, just in case it gets away from you. The neck strap and small carabiner is a great add on, and I would suggest wearing the phone around your neck if you're swimming or doing anything in deeper water. Finally, the only caution is that without ventilation, the phone can overheat. On one occasional at the beach, my iPhone 4s showed a temperature warning and needed to be cooled before working again. Removing it from this case fixed the problem with 20 minutes.

Functions perfectly, but...
This thing doesn't let any water in, I tested it for 12 hours underwater in a large bowl with a 5 pound weight on top of it with paper towels inside. The paper towels were taken out, completely dry. I then proceeded to use it with my Galaxy S 4G and took it out in the full blast bubbling hot tub, played some games, watched some videos with it, dunked it a few times just for the heck of it; no hints of any moisture came inside the Dry Pak. This thing keeps your device perfectly dry!Now the buts:- This is where the 1-star deduction comes from:It's pretty hard to get your phone into the Dry Pak, not because of size, but because of the rubber surface inside the pack. As you try to slide your phone inside, it will resist you all the way in... the rubber deathgrips the back and front of the phone. My phone has a smooth plastic backing, unlike another reviewer who had a RUBBER backing which was stated to make it impossible to get the phone inside, I now believe this to not be an exaggeration at all. It takes me a good 1-2 minutes to get my phone inside the Dry Pak in the position I want, you have to do all kinds of maneuvers and shakes, which is a hassle. Now getting it out is a bit faster, about 30 seconds. DO NOT try to brute force the phone out, it will pull against the siding and possibly rip them, you'll have to squeeze the sides and shake it out. For me it goes like this: *shakeshakeshakeshakeshake**it moved!* *shakeshakeshakeshakeshakeshake**it moved!* *shakeshakeshakeshakeshake* *It's OUT!* finally.- When completely submerged, my touchscreen will not function, since the water is "touching" the whole screen. This isn't a fault of the Dry Pak, though. Other phones might work if they use a different touch screen input method (i.e. capacitive, resistive, etc). If I want to take pictures, I'll have to adjust it so I can control the camera with the volume/power buttons, obviously using the front-facing camera unless I want pictures of blue shades. When not submerged, drops and streaks of water on the surface of the Dry Pak will interfere with your phone in different ways, but it does not happen often enough for me to download an app to lock the touchscreen. Bonus: you get get to see your screen's pixels with water drops magnifying it, pretty cool! This product is an easy 5-star if it were easy to get the phone in and out, this is my only gripe with the Dry Pak. I do not have any issues with the plastic lock system (yet?).
