Bock's Best - Volume 4

Just what I was looking for as a church pianist.

Spiral-bound book, good range of traditional (i.e. - To God Be The Glory) and contemporary music for its time (i.e. - Majesty, I Love You Lord). Straightforward, non-flowery style with some nice embellishments. Good for offertories, Communion, weddings, funerals, background music.

I received the item in great condition and right around the delivery date expected. It's not as difficult as I want; examples of the music in the pictures would be great. Obviously that is out of the seller's control. Other than that, thank you!

Nice way to get some different settings of Christian music than just the regular Church Hymnal. Great arrangements and still in a respectful way! Love it!

As a sometimes pianist for church, I was looking for a book with an assortment of songs I might be able to learn to play. Bock's Best, Volume 4 fit the bill.

This book was beyond what I would consider intermediate piano playing. So far I have yet to find an arrangement that I really like. It is OK for old traditional church music, but seems to be very heavy.
