UV Nova Blacklight Flashlight Best 108 LED UV Flashlight Pet Urine Detector

I originally ordered this UV light because I wanted to be able to light up my UV reactive putty more easily. It was a bit of a gamble as this light had no reviews at the time I purchased it. But the price was too good to pass up, so I chanced it. I’ve never actually owned a UV light like this before. So I have no personal point of comparison. But this thing is a beast. It takes 6 AA batteries, which is a lot for sure, but from what I’ve seen a lot of these types of lights take 6 AA’s. The light itself is pretty sturdy and seems well made except for one thing, the plastic cover over the LED bulbs is kind of flimsy. Everything else is solid. The body appears to be almost entirely aluminum construction.The lights performance is excellent. When you shine it in a dark room it honestly looks like the type of thing forensic investigators use to find bodily fluids. And boy did I find a lot of things I wish I hadn’t. My kitchen could easily pass as a crime scene. What the eye sees isnt easy to detect using a camera, but I’ll add one pic from my kitchen.The bulbs are very bright. It’s not something you would want shined in your face.There’s only one thing that I wasn’t prepared for and that is that it gets quite warm after several minutes of continuous operation. Not burn you hot, but quite warm.Overall the performance and price point are exceptional. I’m giving it 5 stars, it blew away my expectations.

So until I got the email from the sellers saying I was one of the first to buy this product..... I didn’t even know I was. I legit just bought it cause it was less than $10 and it said free returns so I thought to myself “if it sucks I’ll return it”. Thankfully, it worked incredibly well! I love the aluminum construction and the side sort of blinds around the light that prevent you from getting blinded if you look at it from the side. You legit need to look at it straight on to get any sort of discomfort from how bright it is! I bought the light to charge my glow in the dark paints and instantly it brings them to full charge for being able to locate my brush stroke. I’ve been able to find stuff in my house, like dog pee, as a fun side bonus :)

I purchased this item and had a problem with it. I posted a negative review. (After turning it on briefly, I shut it off and put it back in the box. About a half an hour later, I took it out of the box and it was searingly hot to the touch. I took the batteries out and two of them had started leaking black fluid.) I returned the flashlight and the manufacturer must have seen the problem I had. He reached out to me and sent me a replacement flashlight at no charge. This one worked perfectly. Am very impressed by the product and even more so by the manufacturer's confidence in his product. Would definitely recommend.

Definitely shows where spills were no one told you about! I was like oh my gosh I will never get done cleaning. Then I shined it on my hands and though I got to wash my hands again and I did. But then they were still full of yellow marks. Let me know if anyone has 0 yellow light on their hands after washing and tell me what soap you used. This is a great idea for those who want to keep their homes clean.

I bought it to harden some windshield resin for some cracks, but it didn't do anything. It will show scorpions and another stuffs that is supposed to do but it won't harden resin, I guess it was my bad for not knowing exactly what I have to looks for on a uv light and just assuming that every uv light is the same.

I loved that I was able to see pet stains in my carpets so that I can thoroughly clean them. I was also able to use this light to make sure my entire house is clean, such as toilet and floors. Not sure what the glasses are used for. They didn’t change anything. In fact, they filled the stains.

I have purchased black lites in the past but this has been the best. made very well, strong powerful lite beam. not heavy. This is not your novelty black lite.we just got a new puppy and need to find his hiding places.works like a charm.overall a great purchase with a very good company

I have one cat with urinary problems and often could not find where she urinated outside the litter box; this light solved the problem! Not only did it reveal the spots on a suspected area rug, it also picked up other miscellaneous spots not obvious to the naked eye! You won’t be disappointed!
