Seems like a sales pitch
This book gave me some useful ideas to help me better understand the psychology behind my condition, but mostly seemed like a sales pitch for the author's online coaching program. I would have preferred to see an actionable treatment plan or at least a few more detailed tips on how to progress through dilator therapy.

It's not terrible, but it's also not great.
I would like to firstly say Katrin is a super nice person and she and her blog helped me a lot when trying to find the right dialators for my condition. However, what I dislike about this book is that almost each chapter seems to sort of give vague information, a lot of it being things I've already read online about vaginismus, then ends with something along the lines of "we will find the solution in next chapter" followed by a quote. You know how in school sometimes you'd write an essay about a topic but had very little to say? You needed to reach a specific word count, so you'd drag it out as much as you could with fillers and wordy sentences, maybe even making the words a bigger size and such? That is the vibe I'm getting from this book.Katrin is a great blogger, but this book is written more like an encouraging email or a long wordy blog post rather than an informational book to me.I am not upset or regretful about this purchase as it was very cheap (especially for an international order) and it is the first book I've gotten to help aide me in overcoming vagninismus. I am 22, only recently learning that I have vagninismus, so it feels like a decent baby step forward! Unfortunately, I personally just can't say I'd recommend this book to anyone with vaginismus.

Won't open on Kindle
Bought this to read on the Amazon Kindle App. Only the cover page is available. Purchased other books and they worked, so it's just the format of this book.Requested a refund.
