Blades are easy to change. Bought it mostly for slicing potatoes, my husband gets worried about me taking off a finger using a knife. I did accidently slice myself using this, but it was my fault, blades are super sharp, and work very well. Has a container to keep extra blades in, and it isnt overly large so doesnt take up a lot of cabinet space. Would recommend to anyone looking for a slicing device that will take you half the time a knife does.

The best thing is the blades are so sharp that it takes nothing to slice or julienne or shred things. It goes so easily. Also the blades come in a good box and the slicer folds up so its easy to store

One of the handles arrived broken. I hardball boiled 5 eggs. They were suppose to cook for 14 minutes, I believe. It turned off at 12 and the eggs weren’t done ?? I’ll try again.

I absolutely love this mandoline slicer! It is able to adjust to make things just the right width. You can slice pretty much any type of vegetable (or fruit for that matter). I am able to use this on a daily basis. It is a must have!!

Love this! Use it all the time to cut veggies and it’s awesome to slice potatoes. Super sharp but the guide is great so you won’t cut yourself.
