FELCOLeather Holster (F 910+) - Tool Pouch W/Extra Slot for Pruning Shears Or Construction/Utility Tools

I've wanted this holster for a long time. I bought two—one for myself and one for my friend, who is into gardening. I hope we can both enjoy them in the spring.

Well made to last for years and easier to find the item you need ie cutters, pliers

PROS- Thick leather, strong metal rivets and stitching.- Easily fitted onto a belt, carried in a pocket or thrown into a toolbox.- Keeps the shears protected and always to hand, and- The right way up to easily grasp the tool handles,- Preventing cut fingers.- Light weight.- The leather recovered after silly mis-treatment by us.- We left the holster in the garden where it received ~ 2 inches of rain over 4 days.- Careful, no heat slow drying did the trick.- No sloppiness around the metal rivets and stitching still tight.CONS- Always kept on a belt there is no problem.- Taken off, and laid in the garden it's easy to lose under foliage.- Knowing we would be forgetful again, the pouch now has- A band of bright red electrical sticky tape around it.- Easy to replace when it becomes worn.RECOMMENDATION- This purchase is our second.- No hesitation in buying another.

Made in USA, top grain leather, and high quality stitching. First impression is that this holster will last a lifetime.Very rugged and durable quality feel, but does require a break-in period. Fits my Felco F6 pruners like a perfect glove, but should fit any of the F-series shears just fine (as well as non-Felco brands such as ARS).I plan on staining my holster and applying leather conditioner, but out of the box, the quality of this holster is well worth it.The extra side pocket on the 910+ holster appears to be specifically designed to hold the Felco 903 diamond sharpener, but any similarly shaped sharpener should fit as well.

The pruner falls out when I bend over. It needs a strap.

Seems well made. Hope it lasts a life time.
