Great prices and works great
Used to reduce sprinkler system pressure down from 120+ PSI. It was preset at 45 and was able to increase to 70 PSI. No leaks or issues. Great regulator for the price.

Simple installation .... immediate remedy
For some reason being at the end of the town's drinking water supply creates REALLY excessive pressure.Blew my shower hose apart. Installed this and problem solved.I put this inline the pex pipe under the house cut off both sides and supported it with plumbing straps ... NOT at the water meter. Installed faucet between this and the water meter for extra pressure outside.

Good Valve with dual unions
Good valve, good price. I've used Cash valves at work so I was familiar with the brand. Good stuff. This one came set at 45psi so I didn't touch it and that has proven to work well for us.On a personal note I wish I had given my job a little more thought. I had to cut this into an existing underground line and the dual unions on this valve made that work, but. . . it would have been SO much easier to also have used a repair union like the "NDS 118-07 Pro-Span® PVC Expansion Repair Coupling" along with it. (excuse: it was an emergency repair and I didn't take time to think twice, arrgh.)I later bought an "NDS 111BC Standard Series Round Valve Box Overlapping Cover-ICV, Inch, Black/Green Automatic Lawn Drip Irrigation Kits, 10" B/G" to enclose it. Perfect!

This is better than expected. Love that it has two unions on the ends for easy of install. Adjusts well and does the job. Recommended.

Great so far and perfect swap out for the 1-NR3DU
Replaced a Zurn Wilkins1-NR3DU that I installed in 2015. That lasted only 9 years?? Yes Amazon does sell the rebuild kit for the1-NR3DU, but 9 years, really. So will give this a try. All the connections fit from the previous 1-NR3DU so did not have to sweat/cut anything. The Cash is a tad longer, about 1/4", so had to loosen the pipe support. Great price, and preset to 42 psi. No more screaming toilets or fire hose showers!
