Q: Can I get the ink syringe for my waterman pen

Hi Mary, this is Joanna from Waterman Consumer Care. Thank you for contacting us regarding our Waterman Exception fountain pen. Please be advised that our fountain pens are compatible with Waterman converters and pre-filled cartridges.

Q: I need somebody to repair mine. The nib does not flow at all. I have tried cleaning it but didnt work!

Did you damage it? Look at the nib with a magnifying glass or loop to see if there’s an obstruction. You can try soaking the nib for a few days. Blow it out with a puffer. A sonic cleaner works wonders too.

Q: Does this pen use proprietary ink cartridges and converters, or "International" cartridges and converters?
