Very happy to find tiny pills like this to go in my bag with caffeine tablets, these are way easier to take than the larger versions you need to swallow and they work fine, 1mg is the recommended standard. I will say though, the cotton stuffing under the cap is super dusty. Be careful opening this at first, and replace the cotton before you pocket it.

I've been using this brand of melatonin for YEARS. It's great, since you don't have anything extra or unnecessary in the tablets and also because you just let them dissolve under your tongue and that's it. Excellent quality, excellent ease-of-use, and nothing superfluous to deal with. They're super-tiny, and they dissolve quickly and I believe they really help me fall asleep and stay asleep. Just check the amount of melatonin to be sure you're getting the amount you want - this company makes a range of amounts. Everything they make is great, and I've been so impressed with their melatonin that I've begun using a few of their other supplements as well. No complaints at all.

I am very impressed with Superior Source melting supplements. This Melatonin affects me in a more positive way than others I've tried. I have been taking 3 tablets to get optimal effects, so my next order will be the 3mg version. I sleep the entire night through and feel wonderful in the mornings. The only side effect is better sleep.

I have used this for a few months and really like it. I had previously used a spray that for some reason had added B6 (>2000% RDA) and I developed toxic levels of Vitamin B6 so had to switch. I love that this doesn't have any added garbage including no added flavors, artificial sweeteners or artificial dyes. The taste is fine. It's not candy and isn't supposed to taste like candy. It is just a bland taste that I hardly notice. Dissolves quickly and easily. Love it.

Other reviews say the taste is yuck but, the pill is teeny tiny & if you leave it under your tongue without fiddling with it, it dissolves in seconds & the only way you ever know it was there is you feel sleepy 15 -30 minutes later.I take 1 pill a couple times a week & it works very quickly for me, under 15 minutes. I stay asleep for 8 hours with no "hangover fog the next day.

They work great. I usually take 3 of the 1mg gummies (sometimes less). But I couldn’t take 3 of these because they’re stronger, I guess. Not sure but I would wake up DROWSY and feeling like crap if I took more than 2. Idk what I was expecting but I can take like 5 of the 1mg gummies and feel fine in the morning. These are just more potent, but taking 1-2 does the job & I don’t feel too tired in the morning. I deducted points bc I wouldn’t say these are flavorless but I wouldn’t say they aren’t gross either. They’re just powdery and weird texture.

Works well to help me get to sleep.
