The seller was great the book is boring
Had to get this for my class. The book was rented and in better condition than I expected so I was more than pleased. It arrived late though and I had to also purchase an online book so I paid for 2 books. The content sucks. It's boring and not easy to understand for someone without any legal knowledge. Ie if you're taking real estate law you will probably be confused as most people were in my class. The book has alot of boring filler too.

The book is fine and was much less costly than others, however, having to have it shipped to another state because I couldn't ship it to South Carolina was very inconvenient.

This book arrived torn. Usable but torn and the pages are coming unglued.
