I loved this book! I think every woman, young and old, should read this! This book helps you take a look at your soul and realize how special and amazing we all are. This book has helped me to walk a little taller, not slink into corners like I used to around people. I want my daughters to read this book to help them see how beautiful they are and understand where that beauty comes from. I am going to share this book with anyone I can. Thank you Jaci Wightman for being so inspired and helping me understand more clearly how I am truly a daughter of God.

If you are a Latter Day Saint woman confused about self image you really need to read this book. The author does a great job explaining what is to be beautiful with the Lord's grace. It helps you and guides you to your own journey to find your true and unique everlasting beauty that comes from inside.

Fantastic book! I love that the author acknowledges the connection between our spirit, our bodies, and our brains and how we need to ponder on spiritual matters to make these connections to find the peace and love of ourselves. God gave us a body with a purpose and the purpose was not to worship it but to take care of it and use if for good.

"Body Image Breakthrough" was wonderful. Easy to read, yet very impactful. It was full of great advice and empowerment. This book is for those wanting to establish confidence in themselves. My favorite part of the book was how it helped me to gain self worth.

The author had some good points, but was too heavy handed with the religious language.

I loved how Jaci incorporated so much scripture study. This has been transforming for me! It goes a lot deeper than just body image. Prepare to look deep inside of yourself and allow Christ to heal!
