Turfgrass Science and Management

This book was the best thing when it came to learning about Turf management because it is easy to follow. A lot of books out there are not so easy to follow and this one was very easy. The book tells you how much you need to use to water your lawn successfully and not over do it. It tells you what kind of Pesticides you should use on what plants. And best of all you learn Which grasses are which. So I am very happy that this book existed and hope that all of you enjoy it too.

This book is FULL of useful information, and I mean FULL. It is clear, concise and to the point. Covering both warm and cool season grasses in a well written and easy to read format, along with useful illustrations and diagrams. This book is geared towards the whole turf industry, not just golf, which is refreshing.A great textbook, and a great reference book, I recommend it for any turf or landscaping professional.

got two book for me and a classmate and now the teacher wants me to get him one for his is getting to up and my classmates and teacher know i get good books

Used this text book on one of my horticulture class. This book was very helpful and easy to read. I got a B+ on my class. I still use the book for references.

Textbook for course of the same name. Saved my grandson $250.00.

.. shame they built on the rugby field.. the groundsman must have saved millions maybe even £16million over the 40 years of his career.. someone must have bumped him off and stolen it.. of the 20 culprit communities.. its worth getting into properly.. there are fields all over the world..
