To put it plainly - I'm pretty picky when it comes to furniture. My father is a carpenter, as was my grandfather, and his father before him. In my last apartment I built most of my own furniture, but after moving across the country with only a few suitcases, I didn't have the luxury of time to rebuild things from scrap, and didn't have the space for it either. I purchased these nightstands because I wanted real wood - not Ikea junk - and in the end, I got what I wanted! Finding real wood products on Amazon is tough, but these seem to be the real deal. Solid, sturdy, and plenty of authentic wood grain and character.Reviews from others have noted that these can be tricky to assemble, and some have noted issues with quality. From my perspective? These were great. Sure, there are a lot of parts, and it takes a bit of time to get them together. And sure, if you don't line things up right during assembly, they won't look great... But if you patiently follow the instructions and assemble the pieces carefully, you'll have no problems.I don't know if these will last a lifetime, but I also don't plan to abuse these - they're just nightstands, after all. They look great, the drawers work well, and the product seems fairly consistent (coming from someone who ordered two of these)I'm very happy with what I got from WE furniture, and I hope you will be too.

I bought two of these for my pre-teen boys as I believe they will want separate rooms soon and have been sharing a 6 drawer dresser.I am extremely pleased with the product.It is in fact real wood (drawer bottoms and back piece are not)It is not a very expensive fine wood, but looks great.It was packaged very well.It was about 99% perfect as far as holes lining up etc.It took me about two hours to put first together but only 1.5 for the second.

I read and read and read the reviews on all the Walker Edison mid century furniture available on Amazon before purchasing an end table, a three drawer dresser, and a six drawer dresser. I also searched high and low for weeks for an affordable bedroom set through all carriers and brands and this was the best looking in my price range.The reviews did scare me but there were a few promising ones that finally convinced me to take the risk and here is what I learned. Overall these are great pieces! Sure they may take a little bit of time to assemble (we timed it, this piece took us 1.5 hours), but for the price, you are getting a lot of bang for your buck. My husband and I have hand crafted several dinning tables out of scratch so we know how tedious putting furniture together can be. As long as you make sure you have all the pieces and read the instructions front to back before assembling you will be fine.Three tips for assembly!!!1. They say to put the back panel on waaaaay before you actually need to. We made the executive decision to put it on last which made it much easy to insert the drawer slides.2. When you are inserting the dowels into the drawers that prevent them from falling out, put just the tip of the dowels in from the inside of the drawer, slide the drawer in halfway, then hammer the dowels in the rest of the way. If not you might get stumped. Hopefully that makes sense with the directions.3. Some dowel holes are not big enough for the dowels. We had a drill bit that was the correct size so we just went back over all of the dowel holes before inserting them to prevent the pieces from splitting. WARNING: Do not force them in, they will split the wood!!!!In summary, FOR THE PRICE, you are getting a fantastic solid pine end table! It is absolutely gorgeous. Just don’t be rough with it and you’ll be fine and don’t let the other reviews scare you. :)

Holy crap where do I start? Lets just go with the first thing that jumps out like maybe the kind of thing that a company selling self assembly furniture should get right. You would probably assume that when you open up your brand new dresser in a box and open up those instructions that the parts and hardware list would reflect the instructions provided but oh no my friends you would be wrong. Not only did two of the parts have different labeling in the parts/hardware list compared to the instructions but I also received three bonus items which made me scratch my head for awhile thinking I forgot something. Let’s combine that with the fact that the parts provided may have been the lowest quality product I have ever seen. The pre-drilled screw holes we’re about 50/50 with one half already wider than the thread of the screw you are directed to use. I could go on and on but I will summarize with saying don’t buy this.

I was really excited about this nightstand, because this style and design is exactly what I was looking for. However, after receiving my 2 nightstands, I am disappointed.The quality is very poor. Several of the pieces were damaged in ways that are visible, and while the piece is solid wood, the color on the exterior-facing surfaces isn’t a stain but some kind of laminate or veneer. It looks very cheap and fake, and it is also very dark for what is supposed to be a walnut finish.The assembly is also a hassle, not only because there are many steps but because the pieces seem to be poorly made and they don’t fit together well.I did not open the second nightstand, because I will most likely try to return it unless I am assured that these quality problems were a one-off situation.I have reached out to the seller to try to resolve this problem, and I will update my review as appropriate once I hear back from them. Right now I can not recommend strongly enough against buying this product.

Awful. Just awful. Pretty much none of the holes align, screws are apparently supposed to go into holes that don't exist. Unsure if we can finish building it and now in a state where we can't really return it so a waste of £200. Well done.

Absolute nightmare. So many pieces - I started to try and assemble but it wasn’t worth it. Getting the pieces back in the box to return was just as traumatic

Looks good but along with being difficult to assemble, front drawers and backing are very flimsy.

Decent quality bedside tables for the price. Packaged decently but not really eco-friendly..took about a month to arrive during covid. ordered 2 and each one came from a different facility (one was 10 days later).One of the tables had slight warping in one of the pieces. made it a bit of a challenge as the doors would not line up properly and one of them would be sticky. Ended up having to shave down one of the tracks.

The assembly is ridiculous - took a couple hours to assemble on my own. The amount of pieces they send you is insane. For the price, you shouldn’t have to spend that much time assembling. Also, some of the holes were not pre-drilled, which made the wood split in some places.The nightstand isn’t as white as I thought it would be - it’s more like a whitewash on pine. Nice, but not sure I’d recommend. Too expensive for value.
