This book is helping me through nursing school one chapter at a time! I heard people use it for Nclex and I will as well!

I love this book! It has done an amazing job helping me prepare for the NCLEX. There are over 10,000 questions online that helped me identify my strong and weak content areas. Also love the rationales when you answer a question wrong or right. Overall extremely helpful!!!

Questions in the book are pretty good. Like how the answers are in the back as well as rationales. If you can afford it, I would suggest you get one of the programs online like UWorld to go along with this book. The book for when you aren’t able to sit in front of computer. The online program otherwise.

This is the book that I used to do practice questions for med surg and it helps a lot , just keep in mind that some of the book also contains PEDS

Very descriptive really breaks down the whole exam

There is one site that does all of her Nursing Review videos using these questions as a guide. She helps you go through each answer and let’s you know why the answer is right or wrong. Huge bonus when studying. This book and her site together will get you through nursing school.RN2Professors look her up on FB and YouTube. Amazing!

Most of the questions are great and the rationales are mostly great as well. If I can fault this book on somethin, it's probably on a few unecessary question fillers. Like who certifies nurse informaticists. No book is perfect though.
