Black #5 180-210 lbs Unisex Golf Training Aid Trainer

I had one sent but the stitching started coming apart after only one use. Returning this and going to reorder. I hope it was just a bad apple. Other than the stitching, I loved the shirt but the build was just a little off.

I've been playing for 2 years, over 500 hours of practice and lessons, still my best rounds are low 90s (legit).Purchased this product because my swing felt disconnected, and was not consistent. I practiced with the swing shirt for 30 mins, warming up with half shots, then full shots. Felt a little awkward at first, as it should, but contact with the ball was much better. Took the shirt off for 30 mins, then back on for 30 mins. Hit without the shirt on for the last 30 mins and hit some of the most solid shots I have ever hit! It felt great! My swing felt much more compact, connected, and together. I don't have to make adjustments with my back and arms anymore on the downswing. Everything was properly sequenced and moved together. Amazing! Excited to continue practicing with the swing shirt. Maybe I'll break 90 this season.
