I don't know if people got paid to write any good reviews but this thing is useless. I needed something to keep my core muscles engaged after surgery, and this is the weakest piece of junk ever. I used to have a belt and it was great. But jeeze, I could get better results just using the tens unit I have for sciatic pain.This item doesn't have all appropriate settings, one of the chargeable units doesn't even work, as in no current or anything going at all. And it doesn't allow for high enough levels to do anything anyway.A refund would be a miracle. This thing is total trash, don't waste your money.

Absolute garbage , don’t be fooled with this product , don’t waste your money.Similar products on AliExpress sell for $10 and that includes free shipping from China.The pads are meant for a small person .The packaging makes it look even more cheap.I will return the product and asking for a full refund.

First off these ARE small. Some of the last photos better portray their size on the models than the cover photo does. I wish they were bigger, especially the thigh straps. I feel like the thigh straps could be improved & become maybe another 50% effective if the thigh strap covered more of the thigh muscle. Same thing is true for the buttocks, which is the strongest muscle in the human body—you’d think they would have something more powerful for that area, too. The pulses feel like tiny contractions or shocks, but like I said how these are sooo small, it’s like it’s only shocking an area as small as the point of a pencil! I’ve used vibrating machines that create better contractions for the legs, but of course those are expensive, and that’s why it’s hard to compare. Overall, I think these could make a subtle difference to your body. I have only tried it once so far, and I felt it working my muscles a bit, especially on my abs, but I do not feel sore after at all, which proves to me these are not very strong. There is no setting for legs but I guess it’s probably grouped with arms...also one of my pieces doesn’t work hopefully I don’t have to return the whole thing to replace that because that’s annoying.

It is very easy to use just apply the path on the area I want. The gel make it easy to stick and still feel comfortable. I have used it 30 minutes every day for almost a week and i can feel my muscle work out. It has 6 different functions with 9 levels (7-9 seem hardcore for me). I can apply on 3 different parts of my body at the same time which is very nice and efficient. Hope I will get 6 packs soon !Overall, reasonable price for a good product for someone who doesn't have much time to work-out.

This is my first time to use EMS technology. I tried it on my thigh first, level 1-4 feel like tingling, unnoticeable (to me) and I can easily keep doing whatever I was doing. Levels 5-7 are a little more intense, and I definitely can see the movement, my thigh twitching, which felt like a muscle spasm but not bad, bearable. Levels 8-9 are a bit more hardcore, I normally lie down. After a while it turns off by itself. I cannot tell now whether my muscles are becoming more toned, perhaps should write a follow up review. Today I tried it on my belly, started with level 4, I felt pressure mainly around the belly button, and couldn’t feel any twitching in the upper two cubes. Well, we will see. I’m satisfied with the quality for this price. 5 stars. Thanks!P.s. I also read that it helps better when exercising.

Followed the directions exactly as they were written. This product would not stay attached to my body at all. Not only that but even charged it barely did anything.

This product is a bit cheap. Mine broke the first use. I would've liked to try it more times.

Perfect for losing weight and gaining muscle. I'm controlling my eating habit and working out regularly but wanted some extra stuffs. I will update once I see more progress.
