The book is extensive and very detailed. However, i feel that the font size and line spacing should be reasonable and comfortable to the eyes of the readers. Small fonts and lack of line spacing makes it even more difficult to highlight a point. Perhaps, the books which are published by EBC are way better and they have a good quality paper.

It is comprehensive and detailed enough to make you understand the intricacies of the Act.The way in which the writer starts explaining the Concepts tells everything about this book.While i was purchasing only two reviews were there in the review box and due to those i was to an extent bewildered but after completing half of the book i didn’t find any level of incompetence. lets discuss the concerns:The first concern is content and i found that this book is not just diving in property law but it touches different related Acts and their provisions and try to knit them so as to make a reader enlightened of the comprehensiveness of the Law.The second concern is about repeating the same thing under slightly different heading. Well, there is some content which repeats under next or different heading but it was required because every concept can be viewed from several sights and writer tries to make you understand the same topic with some more additional content or information which after combining with the previous content gives you a complete view of that topic, if this way the writer had not written this book then this book would not be a lucid and at the same informative.so, I don’t have any concern with reading the important information again to understand the topic.Edit: There is a topic Or two that require more information and explanation, for sometimes it feels why she stopped here, but as I said such are only one or two.

Good book plus the quality of the printing is excellent.

It's a student edition, not enough from practice point of view
