My husband and I bought our first house almost 3 years ago and we’re slowly doing renovations. We wanted a professional to do the tile work in the bathrooms because it currently LOOKS like some DIY’d it (and not well... lol). When getting bids for just the tile, I nearly fell on the floor! Holy cow, it’s expensive! We decided that we would need to do it ourselves and needed all the help we could get. Btw, it’s not as easy as it looks on HGTV! I did some research online and realized that we needed a kit like this to help make it look professional.We found this set to be extremely helpful. Mostly though, to keep the tiles in place and of course to ensure that they were level. This is especially important with an old house (like we have) where many MANY things are crooked. As another reviewer mentioned, definitely make sure you remove them once the thinset has had some time to set, but is not completely set.

I own my own business and install a lot of tile. I usually use the wedge/shim system you get at HD but decided to give this a try because they are reusable (shim system you have to rebuy clips). I am very impressed by these and will be using these for now on. I like how they have a larger surface area then the shims. They completely eliminate lipage and help lock tile in place preventing movement. Tip: remove them before leaving the job for the day. Once thinset has set up for a couple hours but is still soft.

I added a pic because prior to purchased I wondered what exactly comes in the package. I haven't used this product yet but I have done a lot of tile and this product seems solid. Especially compared to other similar products which cost significantly more. Im excited.

I am a newbie and tiling a wall for the first time. I found this system to work great. Easy to clean and reuse. One thing I wish maybe that the spacers were more accurate and consistent. Other that, I highly recommend it!

Don't attempt plank type without these. There great easy to remove if you follow the directions. The ones I purchased at home depot and at floor and decor were awful, one type kept snapping and the wedge type kept changing the spacing on the tile they are also way more expensive and only 50% reusable, also you can apply a lot more pressure than the other types I highly recommend the wrench type easier on the hands instead of similar ones with wingnut
