I already owned one of these decanters and decided to buy another for a German friend's 70th Birthday. It is a magnificent piece of workmanship and the pewter embellishments are delightful and Scottish through and through, kindly Made in England! My first purchase, in Scotland, cost me £30 more that this latest purchase - so a bargain price as well!
