I have used Schwarzkopf for months. The medium brown is a dark brown, at least on my hair. I tried the light brown to lighten it a bit.#1- do not ever go by the box models color. None of them match the actual color. Big mistake for Schwarzkopf not to show the box front actual color!!#2- The light brown that I tried did not even color after 30 min. I noticed at the end of putting it on my hair that the thoroughly (1 1/2 min) mixed solution still had dark streaks on the side of bottle but I didn’t think too much about it until the bottle was empty. It looked like there was mold in the bottle’s bottom. I let it develop anyway but the solution never turned any shade of brown during the 30 min.I think that Amazon maybe delivering “old” products that are no longer good OR Schwarzkopf had a problem with the color but sent it out anyway. Long story short, no more buying hair color from either company.

I know schwartzkopf is a great brand but this particular one was not for my hair type unfortunately. I've used Schwarzkopf in the salon and my hair came out like I was on the red carpet and a billion dollar gown and diamonds

I’m three weeks into this hair color and it is still bleeding bright pink when I wash it every night. I’ve tried the Schwarzkopf Keratin color one other time in a red color and it was fine but this one is just not right. I’m going to stick to the Schwartzkopf Ultime for as long as I can get Mahogany Red.
