If you have pain you NEED THESE!! I bought these and kinda forgot I had because package is in Chinese, but I fell out of my raised garden into matching one and onto cement walkway center, usually when I fall I can’t move for 4-6 weeks because of auto accident injury, I put several of these on all over my hips & gluts and I can’t believe how well I am moving! Yes, I still have pain but it’s gone from a 8-9 to a 2-3!!! Make sure you shave area before applying or it will not be fun removing! Much better than US pain patches!!! Like the best heating pad in the world hot. I'd wear them 24/7 but they make me smell like I've been eating Indian curries and not showering for 3 days. It's not an unpleasant spicy smell, but it's not one that would be work acceptable either.I love these. So glad to have found them.

It may be a little painful while it is bare or ginger. Especially, after peeling, it is hard and hard to enter the bath. Please take a few hours after taking off, take a bath

Heat patches are very sticky. The glue is too strong. I put one on my knee and I’m telling you it was quite the hair removal patch. It was painful to remove so hesitant to use again.

They are a great product the patches work better than most of what’s available I have tried them all these are the longest lasting with the most effect.
