Not inexpensive, but made the BEST Apple Cake for Passover. For those trying to get wheat out of their diets, this is a wonderful substitute flour. Nice texture, equivalent measure to wheat flour, and absolutely delicious. I'll be using this for a lot more of my baking, and not just for kosher meals.
