Soft, not stiff, elastic
Elastic is soft, not scratchy or stiff. I needed it to replace the old over-stretched elastic on the chest strap of my heart rate monitor, so I knew I wanted soft elastic since it's directly against my skin. This elastic is perfect for that. Only time will tell if its stretchiness holds up over the long term.
