Sani-Pant Lite Waterproof Cover-Ups are an updated version of traditional plastic pants or rubber pants. These laminated polyester underwear are designed to provide added security over disposable diapers, pads or liners. The Sani-Pant Lite is recommended for daytime use only with a breathable 3" cotton top panel that allows much greater airflow than traditional diaper covers. Sani-Pant Lite Cover-Ups are ideal for when leakage out of leg openings is the main concern. The soft cotton elastic bindings on waist and legs won't chafe or irritate the skin. Safe to machine wash with mild bleach and fabric softeners. With proper care, they last 80 to 120 washings.

Got this for my mom and it works very well! She really likes it! Makes her feel more secure to have on and she said it’s comfortable and wonderful... does exactly what it says ...super soft , easy to go on and off ... would recommend for sure

brtter than expected. i have had two pair in the last 4 years and thyey are wonderful for leaking ostomy situations.

successful flood control
My husband prefers a pull-up diaper, but so far none have had adequate absorbency. He doesn't like the diapers with tabs: they're too hard for him to fasten without help. The diapers with the inconventient tabs, unfortunately, are super absorbent. We now have the best of both worlds. He can just put on the Sani-pant and stuff the tab diapers inside. They keep the bed dry through the night. So glad that Amazon carries this fine product.
