Great product to reduce evaporation
These are fantastic and have no more need for cling film lids etc.They help with water retention.

A load of balls
This load of balls will keep the heat in when you are using your sous vide wand and help keep the temperature level. When you have finish with them simply scoop out and put balls back into their ball sack.
