These magnets are very strong and work well for what I needed

These magnets are so powerful that when I let two of them get too close together, they snapped together and made a magnet "Oreo" that I couldn't separate with my bare hands. I tried to force a knife blade between them, but their combined magnetism forced the blade to one edge or the other, wouldn't let me force it between them! Finally got them apart, but when one of the slipped from my hand, it shattered when it hit the floor. When dropped, they act more like ceramic than metal, so don't get clumsy!

They were used to hold galvanized flower decor to a yard privacy panel. Worked great!This metal is brittle, which is inherent and not a defect.They don't break in my experience but be super cautious about separating them...they do have a separation pad.Do not separate and then allow them to pull together.Only take one off at a time, and put it immediately to use AWAY from the other magnets.Wow these are strong!Have a plan in advance about how you will deal with them.If you MUST get them all separated, put each one in a separate ceramic coffee mug that has straight up and down sides.Don't put in pocket with your cell phone!You are buying these and not ceramics due to their field strength; if you don't require whacko field strength, use something else like a ceramic magnet.

They won’t win any strong magnet competitions, so know what you are buying. Don’t expect to buy these and hold up a mini cooper on a wall. They are good craft magnets and general use magnets. To the people buying them and claiming they don’t work, are you sure you are trying to stick them to metal?Moving on… to the person that bought this set I have, took 2 out of the ten and returned 8 because you were strapped for cash, I got you. I only needed 8 anyway and I know you couldn’t afford to keep the extra 8 because you needed the lunch money, so I’ll do my good deed(s) for the day and keep them. Hope your lunch was great!! That’s also theft, so I kept you out of jail. You’re welcome. Let this also show that the magnets clearly work, if not old original purchaser wouldn’t have kept the two they did. Side note, this was a replacement as the original ones that were sent were silver and not black.More and more I start to think dishonest people get ahead further in life… returning a package of magnets as new after taking 2 out that’s sub $10. SMH. Weird.Anyway, if you need magnets for a craft project or something similar, and have a metal surface these fit the bill nicely.

These come with separating rings and 2 sided tape circles. Because of the strength of the magnet, you have To be careful separating them. I fractured the first one I tried to use. But if you need this size & want strength, these are what you are looking for.

The magnets are strong,but they are not durable. Because it is thin that makes them brittle. I had a couple break into pieces just using them when two magnets impaced each other. They are two thin. They need to be thick to be more durable.I have similar magnets that are twice as thick that I have not had any breakage.

I bought these for the backs of coins that I collected, they're strong enough to be used as magnets with heavy big coins on the other side. They came in a separated package which made it easy to get them out. be aware of getting them stuck together, they're hard to remove. Not super hard but with short nails kind of hard.

J'utilise ces aimants et ils sont extra-fortes ....tellement que pour les séparer on doit vraiment les glisser les unes sur les autres, tel les instructions.

Very difficult to separate but they are magnets, very strong so you can, if you are not careful, easily trap finger between them so be careful. I have stuck on inside kitchen cupboard for my good kitchen knives work very well

The photo attached showed that the upper 3 magnets are my previous order and the lower ones are the new orders of the same magnets a month later. The newer magnets are smaller compared to the previous ones. :( It works otherwise though..

A bit disappointed in these. I have smaller 3/4" that have way more pull.
