These pads are dense/firm, but not so dense that it's hard. If you want a very soft cushy pad though, this isn't for you.The little handle hole there comes with it fully plugged, so if you just want a fully square mat without a handle hole you can just leave that in there. Feels like it should last a very long time and be a great bang for the buck given how durable this feels. I'll re-review if anything changes, but I doubt it will.

Quick delivery, thick and cushy and puncture resistant and can easily wipe off dirt water. May be good as a seat cushion at stadiums as well

You might consider these pads to be hard, not "cushiony", but your knees mold into them and support you well, and won't slip. No doubt they'll last a long time. The 'beige' is kind of a muted camel, not light-colored as the name might suggest.I gave only four stars because they are protective and well-made, but not overtly comfortable.

Very good quality material, and good size for knees or even laying under a sink to keep the cabinet from digging in to your side. It gives you a lot of support for your knees; my coworker used it and he messed up his knee and he said he loved it! Very thick material and I've only wiped my down.

Great product and durable

Extra thick pad that makes kneeling for gardening much more comfortable. These pads are the thickest I’ve found and they last a long time.

I thought a 1.5" thick knee pad sounded awesome. Most I use for working in a small farming operation are 1" and get permanently compressed after a couple years. This pad is so stiff, unfortunately, no idea why anyone thought it was a good idea. Usually pads are like memory foam, with good support but quickly form to your knee. Not this one, it takes 3-5 seconds before your knee fully seats in. If you're working in the same place for a long time maybe it'll work. If you're planting, or doing flooring or tile work, you move around every 10-15 secs so half the time your knees are getting settled in. Back to cheap memory foam pads for me.
