This is our 2nd Simply Smart Photo Frame; we have owned other brands also. We rehomed our other brands due to the difficulty of loading photos from our iPhone. No problems exist with the Simply Smart Photo Frame, "Old" people can do it.The new and improved software has simplified the operation and provides no difficulty is loading to separate frame with different owners. Worth every dollar; loved by the Grandkids.

Very nice looking frame. The frame itself was easy to set up. Once I downloaded the app to my phone, it took a few minutes for me to get familiar with it so that I could begin to upload pictures from my phone to the frame. It is nice that the app allows you to set a time for the frame to come on in the morning and a time for it to shut off in the evening, if you don't want to keep it on all the time. I tested it out and it worked great. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

I credit my son who introduced me to this item. I bought mine minutes after talking with him and I am absolutely thrilled with the item. Easy to get started, easy to use and the quality of pictures and videos are exceptional. The ease of sharing pictures/video’s is a snap. I highly recommend this item !!!

I would have given this five stars but the first one came and it didn’t work so I had to go through a return process and had to drive to an Amazon return center. We bought my mom one years ago and loved hers. Then I bought my mother in law one for Christmas and thought to myself, “why not get one for myself?” It has been a great way to see my photos of my family and friends. I bought the white frame and it looks nice with my decor. It’s very user friendly, super easy to upload 50 pics at a time.My advice when uploading pics is to crop them so the people are close up in the frame and the pic is landscape so that when it appears on the digital frame, you can see everyone. Otherwise your pic may be too small.

Very easy to send pictures to frame to loved one while on vacation. Hard to delete/edit pictures if sent in a large group later

I loved the look of the frame. That is all. Its overall performance is pathetic. Horrible customer support and It has a mind of its own. It comes on when it wants, goes off when it wants and there is no adjustments to have the pictures fill the screen if you want. I have set the timer, and customer service said it didn't have a timer. I made the mistake of not setting it up till about six weeks after I got it, because of a busy holiday season, and quickly found out how difficult it was to work and was too late to return it. Maybe I got a lemon???? who knows, but customer service was no help. Not worth the money. This one was not a supper cheap one either.

This is my second frame I have purchased. I love the color and the quality. Easy to load pictures from the app. Love that you can give family the email of the frame and they can send pictures !

We bought is for my husband’s mom and gramma and wow what a great gift. Works exactly as advertised (gramma lives in another province). Will be buying more!
