I received the package and the clipper is broken, Why do I have to go to the post office and pay for delivery when it is not my problem that the item arrived damaged. I am very disappointed for that.

My clipper got delivered used. Battery pack had been open and the clipper and inside the blade is wet.

Looks a professional product

Very good clippers as they trim without snagging. They come with a good selection of combs plus fine adjustment switch on the clipper.Only issue is that the battery does tend to fall out of it occasionally but I would it wouldn't stop me buying them again.Professional standard but I bought them just for personal use.
