Good concept, poor execution
I see what's supposed to happen here, but the lighter mechanism was too janky. I had to put way too much pressure on the flint wheel to get enough spark to ignite the flash cotton and was unable to do it smoothly and discretely. Maybe with hours and hours of practice. Also, the flash cotton didn't get enough air to fully ignite in the little pocket. Bummer. The retraction assembly worked okay.

Downright ineffective
The product was TERRIBLE I did use flash paper and all it would do was not work or light the paper a little after like 20 tries and then the little spark or flame would just stop burning, I do not fully blame the company because it could have also been the flash paper 😐

Excellent effect, made well
Works great with flash cotton, nice that it retracts up a sleeve or inside a jacket or unbuttoned shirt.
