50 PARAG Skeins Assorted Embroidery Cross Stitch Threads Floss 6 Strands Cotton

I should have read the other reviews and the small print which said color selection varied. I purchased this specifically because of a couple of colors in the picture (the gray shades). The threads arrived on time but they are an odd color selection - no browns, no black, no grays - lots of different purples, reds and greens. I am very disappointed since these were expensive and I was hoping for a better color variation.

It totally met my expectations. I recently showed up in the embroidery universe and I wanted a good, yet affordable set of assorted floss to be able to experiment and practice. The price is fair, Anchor is a good quality tread. 50 colours is more than enough to start trying out some designs and color combinations. Go for it!

I am just starting out so this was a great jumping off point for me. It gave me enough range of colors to complete a new project. Now all I have to do is buy the specific colors I need for a project but I have a good start.

Nice selection of colors. There are a couple specific ones (like gray) that are not included, but for the price it's great!

I do hand smocking and this anchor floss splits, frays and is fuzzy! Wish I could get my money back! Nasty stuff
