They take between 3 and 4 months before you will see any improvement.If you find a joint and cartilage supplement that claims it works faster than that, then they probably aren't legitimate., I mean cartilage doen't grow back overnight. This medicine is just chalk powder. It has no medicinal value and does not have any EFFECT on reducing knee or joint pain . It was a waste of money. Please do not buy this product.
