ALC Medium Glass Bead Abrasive Blast Media - 25 Lbs. Model Number 40105

It was light.It's bead, which is better than some advertised as such and works well. I'm not sure why the sellers of this stuff pack it in garbage bags that have some perfume thing going on. Makes for a bead with a come-hither kinda smell. How about finding a unscented 'package'? That'd get you 4 stars, putting a damn label on the bucket so as I knows whats in it would get you 5, but product identification is just a detail that shows you care... The beads work reasonably well, they put a nice luster on the stuff I've blasted.-1 star for being under weight by about 5 lbs.-1 star for smelling like an LA woman,-1 star for forgetting to label your product.+1 star, cause it does what it should have said it does on the tin.

Works as advertised. No impurities. It did not come in a plastic pail like in the picture. Mine came in a heavy plastic bag in a cardboard box. Works great for aircraft aluminum.

Well the picture shows a big plastic pale and when I received it it was a small box carried by my postal worker. LOL

This media worked wonderful for cleaning my aluminum motorcycle engine and transmission cases and parts. It removes rust, embedded grime and dirt while leaving a nice satin finish. This is good for preparing a surface for finer polishing to get a glossy / more highly polished finish.

I just got it in and waiting on the new blast cabinet but feels good and solid. Hope to do lots of blasting in the future.

Good stuff. I'm using it to blast aluminum parts prior to finishing. I find I use less of this than sand products. The finish is fine and ready for cleaning and application of ceramicote or anodizing.

They do a nice job giving a smooth matte finish on aluminum. I am using it as a step before anodizing.

Excellent product...just as described.
