I've just received my ottoman stool as a replacement for a cheap and equally awful Ikea kitchen chair I've been using at my desk. I have a small home so wanted something that was compact and thought it'd be a good idea to utilise the otherwise wasted space beneath my rear end. This stool looks great, is very sturdy and comfortable. I can sit with my legs crossed (meditation style) without feeling like my legs are going to slip off, so might be also good if you're a meditator! In a normal seating position, I'm at exactly the same height as I was on the previous chair mentioned, so no change in that regard, just a lot more comfortable.When you flip the lid over you get a nice handy tray. I think I'll use it for Sunday morning coffee and toast for me and the Mrs. The tray is heavy and feels robust.Overall I'm over the moon with the product and would recommend it to anyone. My next challenge is how to stop the cat from scratching it to pieces, but that's my issue. Buy one!

Purchased for my parents are they are over the moon with it. Very good quality indeed, and they like the option of turning the lid over to use as table top , tray. Very sturdy and stays in place.

This is a great ottoman stool/footrest which also doubles (triples?) up as a coffee table.It required no assembly and was ready to go out of the box. It is sturdy so can be used as a stool and has a lot of storage space. If you flip the lid, you can use it as a tray or put it on the base and it becomes a coffee/side table.The colour also matches my Ikea sofa so it perfectly fits into my living room.

I liked the multi-use of this ottoman because my house is quite small, it needs to adapt to different scenarios. If I have just one friend to visit I turn the seat over to the tray side and use it as a coffee table, which works really well. If more than one person has come to visit they can have a place to sit. It is a good size. Needs to be in a better range of colours though, but for the functionality is really good.

I was looking for two matching stools / storage to go enhance a new sofa. Looking at the specifications these seemed a perfect fit and they were! They are well constructed and seem to be hardwiring as well as comfortable. I was't sure how helpful having an inbuilt tray element to the stool would be, but over Christmas this was well used to play games and to hold small food items. Overall, I couldn't be happier!

nice footstool / storage. Only cons the tray stains easily with hot cups.

A well priced foot stool which is well made, looks nice and definitely fit for purpose. It’s not low - a good height.

This is a nice piece of furniture. The covering is nice and textured and feels like good quality. The cushioning is ok and adequate. It’s not too heavy so easy to move around. The lap tray is an added bonus and again feels like good quality.
