These are excellent support cushions for preventing pressure sores on heel of foot. I'm disabled with a spinal cord injury and I'm in an electric wheelchair. I find these are fine for me as I don't not move at night due to pain and sleep flat in bed but if someone sleeps on their side or moves a lot these would not be suitable as they will come off with a lot of movement so I will depend on your disabilities and movement as to if these would be suitable you can get these with Velcro straps on them to keep them on .

I sleep on my side due to back pain and use a between the knee pillow for correct alignment when sleeping and to also relieve ‘knee together’ pain. When I do this I sometimes get ankle discomfort, this ankle support works great and gives me the best sleep using the above combination. Only one is required for comfort. Would recommend for a sleeping aid as detailed above.

Really bulky and was shocked at that price it was only one ! I thought it was a pair , I can get a pair on Amazon for considerably less than I paid for because it’s so big and bulky dad won’t wear it anyway so I am certainly not paying another 10.00 to get another
