Not good for roasting with oil
Hot oil stickst to them like glue and is really hard to get off. In my experience great for baking but not suitable for roasting.

I ordered these as they sit alongside each other in the oven.. I am defo going to look after these as I think they look like they are built to last, plus I happen to love the colour. I will be buying others in the range.

Value for money for a useful size of tray.
Just the size of tray I was looking for (to use with a new cook book on roasting tray magic). It's worked well so far. I was very pleased to have two for such a reasonable price.
