If your using this tape to tape off edges for painting then its great tape, you'll be fine - I use it for labeling items in my warehouse and find it very dark blue in color (almost black, see photo attached of the tape I received) - Most Blue tapes I get are medium blue color and when I write on them with a black sharpie pen you can easily see the black numbers written on the tape. This blue tape is more like dark blue or black almost, making it very hard to see any writing with a sharpie pen on it. - I'll save it in my garage to use it one day for painting possibly, but for my needs it didn't work well. - Again, if your painting with it then your fine, if you plan on writing on it you might want to look for the lighter blue tape like most other brands use.

I had to paint a larger area by dividing it up into 300 sq. ft. areas. I had to tape off these areas because the paint I was applying would not bond to previously painted surfaces. I found the tape somewhat difficult to use. When unrolling the product it had a tendency to rip, diagonally across the tape. When this happened I had to fish out the end left on the roll and start again after doing an overlap. In its defense, the tape adhered perfectly and was easy to remove. Aside from the tearing this is OK tape.

I reordered this tape (2 inch 4 roll pack) three times now for my house renovation (three rooms, hallway, dining room and kitchen). It's affordable compared to Home Depot or Lowes and it works well. Some reviews say it tears paint when you peel it off. I only had that problem when I tried to peel the tape after paint dried on it. If you peel the tape off 10-20 mins after you painted it will leave perfect straight lines every time. Next up is the living room and this tape will be used again.

This tape is terrible to work with. It tears with even a slight bit of slow unrolling. We are very disappointed. Also, it does not tear straight, it always tears diagonally to a point. If that isn't bad enough, it does not stick to the wall or wood door trim. Would highly discourage anyone from buying this.

I had to protect all baseboards in house during a floor refinishing project and did not want to spend a mint on brand name painters tape. I took the gamble with this cheaper version and was impressed. This product worked great and was easily removed. I can say there was not any paint bleed through.

I use this tape for masking art work and also for mounting pieces on a board for observation. It works very well for both purposes and is easy to remove without damage to the artwork.

It turned my white paint pink and cost me five hours of work time and $100 dollars in materials and it leaves glue on everything. Would not and will not ever pay it again.

Goes up well and sticks using it outdoors. It does tend to ripe pretty easily I had it do it 2-3 times. We started yesterday. So we will see how it comes down. Will try and update in a few days once we are hopefully done and I can review the take down.
