This is a great product. This keeps your medicine organized, not only by day, but by time of day...for an entire week.7 separate and removable translucent day compartments, one for each day of the week and labeled as such. And then each day has 4 separate sections that can be individually opened and labeled for morning, noon, evening, and night.Each section of each day holds 6 average sized pills, so with 4 sections per day, each day will hold approx 24 or so pills. If you are taking "horse-sized" pills, then it will only hold about 3-4 in each section.You can take a day compartment with you, or leave them all in the base. Speaking of the base, it holds all seven removable day compartments and they don't slide around.You are getting what you are paying for. If you need to take an entire prescription bottle full of pills a day, then this isn't for you. If you want it to be totally child proof--like a prescription bottle--then this isn't for you. Each section of each compartment snaps closed and remains closed until you snap it back open.

I have ordered this product from Japan as I used to use similar ones in the past while I was living in New York.I am southpaw and the pill window is not really convenient for southpaw users as you can not open the window from the right-hand side.There are high percentage of southpaw in the States, and I wonder why there is no version to open the window from the right-hand side.Also, I am not happy about the degree of transparency of the case as I cannot clearly see from outside if or not there are tablets inside.As there are no similar products in Japan, it would be a big hit if the manufacturer starts selling the product in Japan, but please forget about saouthpaws as there are much fewer per centage of southpaws in Japan compared with that in the States.

The excellent: The translucent bins let you see at a glance if you have taken the meds for the scheduled time.The good: The individual bins are large, and if you have to take many meds daily, lets you get them all in.The not-so-good: There is a space between the removable bins that a pill can fall into while filling the organizer. I find myself having to check to make sure the pills actually went in the bins. Also, due to the space, the organizer is larger than others I have used, making it a little more bulky to pack for trips.Overall, a good value, and much better than similar orginizers I have been able to find locally.

I agree with the person who stated the holes aren't quite big enough as they aren't as big as the last one I had. Otherwise they ahve worked fie for me to this point honestly ad don't think they will cause any problems. They also open for me anyway opposite direction than the last ones I ad so ad to get used to that but no biggy just remember they open from left side to right instead of right to left? I would recommend this product for the cost from what I have seen so far for sure as good price.

Got this as a replacement for another similar product (had lost a couple of the days). It does the job, but a couple things about it that take away a star. 1) Not freestanding (if you want to store it vertically, you have to lean it against a wall or something) 2) compartments not easy opening (I am afraid I am going to break off the lids)Other than these things, this organizer seems sturdy and can fill the need for daily, portable pill dispensing.

I originally purchased this product because of its high ratings and comparitively low price point. I'm not sure why the other reviewers like it so much. Upon first use, I immediately knew I didn't like it. The compartments are very small. They are NOT large enough for someone who takes multiple large-sized supplements or medications. The cases are so small that if you accidentally drop a pill into the wrong slot you cannot retrieve it without turning the case upside down. The plastic is quite sharp and brittle. I literally cut my knuckles (drawing blood) opening it. When I closed it, which was also difficult, the case literally cracked. It takes quite a bit of strength to open the lids on this organizer. My children, husband, and I had to bear down quite hard to even get the case open. Once it finally opened, our pills spilled all over the place. I can't imagine even attempting to open this product if I were weak or unable to use my hands well. I recommend the GNC supplement organizer instead. It's a little more expensive, but definitely the higher quality, user friendly item.

Great idea, especially being able to remove an entire day if neededfor travel, but the bill compartments are just not big enough forour use. My husband takes a lot of OTC products in addition to his prescribed medications. We need one where the compartments will holdtwice as much. Again, it is a great idea.

A pain to work with. I dumped it in the trash.

I have found this organiser is ideal for use at home and easy to fill when doing my weekly allocations.

A decir verdad esto lo compre como regalo a un familiar y es justo lo que estaba buscando. Esta bien fabricado con los plásticos sin roturas, brechas o corrida de tintas. Las celdas se pueden extraer fácilmente verticalmente como indica el dibujo y las puertecillas se cierran sin ninguna dificultad.Además se ve resistente por lo que con cientos de caídas seguirá teniendo la misma fiabilidad.NOTA: A tener en cuenta que te viene distribuida las dosis de mañana, tarde, noche. Es algo que se agradece.

Opening the individual sections was very difficult and when I was finally able to pry them open, it cracked the plastic. I thought maybe it just needed to be broken in a bit, but after several days of use, I still struggled to open the sections. It was too much of a hassle to fight with the containers 4 times a day, especially since the plastic had cracked in multiple places. It also had a strong stench and the plastic texture was rough - something you notice when you're constantly fighting with it! It was a complete waste of money.

El producto tardó mucho en llegar y llegó en una caja cubierta de polvo y sin envontura plástica por dentro. El producto venia cubierto de polvo y tuve que lavarlo para utilizarlo. Independiente de eso el plásico es de buena calidad y puedes organizar todas tus tabletas de la semana por horas en el día y remover una columna para llevarla contigo durante el día.
